The RAAD service is not intended for use by minors under the age of twenty one (21).
If we learn that a child under the age of 21 has provided us with personal information, we will
promptly take reasonable and appropriate actions to remove such user and delete any personal
information from our servers.
Information we collect and how we use it
We may collect the following types of information:
Information you provide — When you sign up for the RAAD app, we ask you for personal
information. This may include personally identifying information such as your name, payment
account information, email address, mobile phone number or birth date. We may also ask you to
provide additional information or participate in surveys so that we may learn more about your
interests or to obtain demographic information, such as gender, entertainment and venue
preferences and the like. If you register for the service using a social network, we may collect and
obtain your personal information as available through or provided by that network. We may
combine the information you submit under your account with information from other services or
third parties in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our
services. For certain services, we may give you the opportunity to opt out of combining such
Cookies — When you visit RAAD, we may send one or more cookies to your computer or other
preferences, improving search results and ad selection, and tracking user trends, such as how
publishers serve and manage ads across the web and on our affiliate sites.
Automatically collected Information; Log information — When you access RAAD services via a
browser, application or other client our servers automatically record certain information. These
server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service,
Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and
one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account. When you
download and use the RAAD app using your smartphone or other mobile device, we collect
information regarding device type, operating system, IP address and device ID.
User communications — When you send email or other communications to RAAD, we may retain
those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve
our services. When you send and receive SMS messages to or from one of our services that
provides SMS functionality, we may collect and maintain information associated with those
messages, such as the phone number, the wireless carrier associated with the phone number, the
content of the message, and the date and time of the transaction. We may use your email address
to communicate with you about our services.
Location data — When you use the RAAD app on your smartphone, we may collect certain
location information from your mobile device or your mobile carrier. This information may reveal
your actual location, such as GPS data. We may use your location data to provide information to
you regarding Venues or Events that may be of interest to you. We may also use your location or
use of RaaDS to send you notifications or text messages that may be of interest to you, including
promotions and coupons for use with a Venue or Event.
How we use and share Information
We use information you provide and information we automatically collect to administer the
service, to provide you the Jumps you purchase and to process your payment for such purchases.
We will share your information as necessary with the Promoters so that you may gain access to
the Venues and Events for which you have purchased access. Please note that we cannot control
how the Promoter uses any information which you may provide to the Promoter, including
through our service.
We may also use your information to improve our services or to notify you of additional venues,
events, promotions or other happenings which we believe may be of interest to you.
We may disclose information to our service providers that work on our behalf or with us to
provide the service. We do not permit these providers to use your information other than as
necessary to provide the services to RAAD. We may disclose your information if we have a good
faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary
to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or other governmental or law
enforcement request, (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential
violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or
(d) protect against or mitigate harm to the rights, property or safety of RAAD, its users or the
public as required or permitted by law.
If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected or
other than as disclosed in this policy, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
We may also use you non-personally identifiable information, including as aggregated with other
users’ information, to analyze use of our service, including obtaining demographic information on
our users generally. We may create or provide aggregated and statistical data about our users and
use of the service to third parties, including advertisers. We will not provide your personal
information to such unaffiliated parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
If RAAD becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets,
your information may be included in the assets sold or transferred to the acquirer. You hereby
agree that we may transfer or assign the information we have collected from you in connection
with any such event. In the event of a bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership or
assignment for the benefit of creditors, we may not be able to control how your personal
information is treated, transferred or used.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized
alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection,
storage and processing practices and security measures. However, we cannot guarantee its
absolute security or that unauthorized persons will not access or use your personal information
for improper purposes. In the event of a breach of security affecting personal information on our
servers, we will take such notification and other steps as may be required under applicable law.
Accessing and updating personal information
When you use RAAD services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your
personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your
request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed,
corrected or removed before processing such requests. We will update such information as
requested, provided , that we may decline to update information if we determine it to be
impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes or other
historical data). In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this
service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Because of the
way we maintain the service and information, after you delete the application from your phone or
request that we delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are
deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.

Events or any other sites that may be linked to or accessed through the service, the app or our
website. We have no responsibility for the privacy practices of other Web sites, including the Web
sites of our business partners or the social networking site through which you may access any of
our Services. You should review the policies of any third party sites before providing personal

RAAD processes personal information on our servers in the United States of America and in other
countries. In some cases, we process personal information outside your own country.
